We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases.
If you are not satisfied with LeapRows for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date.
To request a refund, please contact us through our contact page with your Order ID. We will process your refund promptly.
2. Subscription Refunds
- Initial Purchase (First Payment):
Within 30 days of your initial purchase date: You are eligible for a full refund under our 30-day money-back guarantee.
- After 30 Days and Renewal Payments:
After 30 days from your initial purchase, or for renewal payments, refunds are not available except when required by law.
- Cancellation:
You may cancel your subscription (stop auto-renewal) at any time. After cancellation, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.
- Exceptions:
Certain refund requests for Subscriptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis and granted at the sole discretion of the Company.
3. Lifetime Deal Refunds
Lifetime Deal (LTD) purchases are also covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee.
If you purchased a Lifetime Deal and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:

- Select "Refund Request" as the inquiry type
- Enter your Order ID (Order #) from your Lemon Squeezy confirmation email
- Select your reason for the refund request
- Add any additional comments (optional)
We aim to process all refund requests within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
5. Exceptions
Refunds may not be available in the following circumstances:
- Requests made more than 30 days after the original purchase date
- Fraudulent or abusive refund requests
- Violations of our Terms of Service
6. EU Consumer Rights
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a statutory right of withdrawal for digital content purchases.
However, by starting the download or use of our digital content (Service), you acknowledge that you lose your statutory right of withdrawal. This does not affect your rights under our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, which provides you with a more favorable contractual right to refund.
